It consists of eating certain seeds at different stages of your cycle or if you are post menopausal or have amenorrhea eating them with the moon phases. How to do it:
Days 1-14 or New moon to Full Moon
These seeds help to enhance or maintain good estrogen levels.
- 1-2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons of ground pumpkin seeds
Days 15-28 Full Moon to New Moon
These seeds enhance progesterone release and have properties that can bind and remove excess estrogen.
